Damon Legal Services Ltd., is based in Vancouver, B.C., and operates as a Registry Agent, providing public record abstraction for firms across Canada. With substantial experience in these areas, we are able to provide searches and registration procedures in various Government offices in British Columbia, and through our contacts, throughout Canada and the United States.

The beginnings of Damon Legal Services Ltd. dates back to 1988, and since our birth, our clientele have become our friends.  We have developed specialized areas of expertise, and serve clients ranging from large and small Law Firms, Financial Institutions, Software and Entertainment Firms, Real Estate Offices, Accountants, Boat Brokers and legal departments of Corporations across Canada. Our clients span across Canada and are billed on a fee-for-service basis. 

We maintain insured, efficient, fully computerized and mobile operations in Vancouver, British Columbia. This assures a quick turnover for searches and registrations, as our growing client base increasingly specializes in their specific areas of law. Our humble beginnings in 1988 has now evolved to meet those needs as we now contract with other agents in every Province and Territory in Canada, and throughout the United States and other parts of the world.

To provide quick registry services to our clients at cost-effective rates, we utilize the latest in technology and office equipment, remote paging, e-mail and fax notification systems which assures our clients receive the best possible services at reasonable rates.
