Property Security Act ("PPSA") Searches and Registrations.
Clients simply instruct and supply us with the
necessary information to perfect their security, and under strict
company guidelines, we supply our clients with a draft Financing
Statement, or Financing Change Statement to ensure their drafted
registration meets their needs. Upon approval, the registration
is submitted and a copy of the Verification Statement is supplied.
Registration can also be perfected under the
client's own Registering Party Code if preferred and existing, and if
instructed, can be drafted and perfected in all Provinces and
Territories of Canada, and the equivalent Uniform Commercial Code in
the United States.
